Do you do free estimates?
Yes. You will receive a free detailed estimate that will reflect a completed project.
How many contractors will contact me from DFW Remodelers?
We choose one contractor that best fits your needs. We listen to what YOU want and find the remodeler that will fill your requirements. When choosing a remodeler it is best to have a third-party that knows the strengths and weaknesses of each remodeler and will act in behalf of the client.
What makes these contractors different?
We approached every contractor based on the reputation that preceeds them. This is NOT an open referral company where anyone can join. We sought these contractors out and speak to them on a regular basis. The bottom line is that our relationships with our hand-selected contractors add to the integrity of our company.
What does your company get out of this?
We receive a referral fee, but not until the job has been completed, our contractors have been fully paid, and you are 100% satisfied. There is no need for our contractors to try to make up for loses as with other referral companies.
Will it cost more to use your contractors?
Their bid may be higher than some and lower than others, but it is always an honest and clear picture of what it will cost for a completed project. It will always cost you more to choose the wrong contractor for your project.
Will you do small repairs?
Our remodelers can do small remodeling projects, but small repair jobs would best be handled by a local handyman. It would not be cost effective to hire a remodeling contractor to do small repairs.
